DRAFT ANNUAL REPORT 2019/20

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000, read together with Section 127(5) of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003 that the Cape Agulhas Municipality Draft Annual Report for the 2019/20 Financial Year is available for public comment.

The Draft Annual Report is available to the public during office hours at the following offices and places:

• Municipal Offices at Bredasdorp, Napier and Struisbaai
• Libraries at Struisbaai-North, Bredasdorp, Napier, Elim, Waenhuiskrans/ Arniston, Protem and Klipdale
• Caravan Parks at L’Agulhas and Waenhuiskrans/Arniston
• The Municipal Website www.capeagulhas.gov.za

Comments on the Draft Annual Report must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Manager by 3 May 2021. Comments can be sent to the address on this notice or emailed to info@capeagulhas.gov.za .  Any enquiries regarding the Draft Annual Report can also be directed to Ms Tracey Stone Tel (028) 4255500, Fax: (028) 4251019, e-mail  TraceyS@capeagulhas.gov.za. Persons who cannot read or write, may also contact the aforementioned person during normal office hours for assistance.

KONSEP JAARVERSLAG 2019/20

Kennisgewing geskied hiermee ingevolge artikel 21A van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsels Wet,  Wet 32 van 2000 saamgelees met Artikel 127(5) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering : Munisipale Finansiële Bestuurs Wet, Wet 56 van 2003 dat die Kaap Agulhas Munisipaliteit konsep jaarverslag vir die 2019/20 Finansiële Jaar ter insae lê vir publieke kommentaar.

Die konsep jaarverslag is beskikbaar vir die publiek tydens kantoorure by die onderstaande kantore en plekke:

• Munisipale Kantore te Bredasdorp, Napier en Struisbaai
• Biblioteke te Struisbaai-Noord, Bredasdorp, Napier, Elim, Waenhuiskrans/ Arniston, Protem en Klipdale
• Karavaanparke te L’Agulhas en Waenhuiskrans/Arniston.
• Die Munisipale Webtuiste, www.capeagulhas.gov.za

Kommentaar op die konsep jaarverslag moet skriftelik aan die Munisipale Bestuurder gerig word teen 3 Mei 2021. Kommentaar kan aan die adres op die kennisgewing gestuur word of per e-pos aan info@capeagulhas.gov.za. Enige navrae in dié verband kan gerig word aan Me Tracey  Stone Tel (028) 4255500, Faks: (028) 4251019, e-pos TraceyS@capeagulhas.gov.za   Persone wat nie kan lees of skryf nie, kan ook vir bovermelde persoon kontak gedurende gewone kantoorure vir bystand.
