Kennis geskied hiermee dat die Raad ‘n spesiale raadsvergadering vir die oorweging van die Geïntegreerde Ontwikkelingsplan en die finansiële begroting vir 2013/14 tot 2015/16 sal hou om 09:00 op 29 Mei in die munisipale raadsaal te Bredasdorp.  U is welkom om die vergadering by te woon, maar moet asb weens die beperkte ruimte asb vooraf ‘n plek reserveer deur me Annelize Jonker by tel 028 4255500 te kontak.

The formalized structures for public participation in Cape Agulhas are five ward committees which consist of ten members each under the chairmanship of the applicable ward councilor. Ward committees meet once every month to discuss matters affecting their ward and general governance and development matters. The ward committees advise Council on matters affecting the residents of Cape Agulhas Municipality. Each ward councilor provides quarterly feedback to the residents of the ward on decisions taken by the Municipal Council, new developments, programs and proposals.
